Changes to Covid rules tomorrow

Changes to the rules covering Covid restrictions mean Island residents will be required to enter isolation after a single positive Lateral flow reading. Previously, a PCR test was required at the Grandstand, should an LFD return a positive result.

It’s now thought thought there are over 125 cases of the fast-spreading Omicron variant on Island.

Chief Minister, Alf Cannon says the variant has been rising steadily demanding a ‘fluid and flexible approach’ to get through the next few weeks.
